Further to that, we also offer comprehensive distressed building investigations, geotechnical engineering and construction inspection/ management services.

R.I. Brown Pty Ltd. was founded by Russell Ian Brown in 1971. Over the years, we have undertaken projects that include commercial offices, shopping complexes, factory / warehouses, school and community complexes, subdivisions, multi unit developments, apartment buildings, single/multi storey residences, residential extensions, silos, sheds … etc. Construction mediums we work with include timber framing, reinforced concrete, structural steel, pre-stressed concrete, piling, brick/block work and cold form steel.

Over the years we have been the engineer for numerous residential and commercial developments of varying scale from $2,000 to $30,000,000.
